Every image on this page is a MuscleMind Training client, published with their permission. Some show weight, some show elapsed weeks — whichever the client actually recorded. Nothing here is stock photography or a rendered composite.
82 kg
71 kg
Male client. Steady deficit built around home-cooked food, with resistance training kept in to protect muscle.
71 kg
60 kg
Female client, working professional. Plan structured around a full office schedule and family meals.
71 kg
63 kg
Female client. Portion-based approach with no restriction on the cuisine she actually eats.
83 kg
76 kg
Female client, mother of a young child. Short training sessions and a meal plan that fed the whole household.
52 kg
70 kg
Hard-gainer who had never been able to add weight. Progressive programming plus a surplus he could finish.
Week 1
Week 11
Lean beginner. Visible size added through structured progression rather than random workouts.
Week 1
Week 15
Longest documented run on this page. Consistency across multiple cycles rather than one hard push.
Before
After
Lean-to-muscular recomposition: weight barely moved, the shape changed completely.
Week 1
Week 12
Male client. Twelve weeks of adherence to a plan built around his existing meals.
Week 1
Week 7
Seven weeks in. Early-cycle change from fixing meal structure and adding progressive training.
69 kg
66 kg
Only 3 kg on the scale. This is why weight alone is a poor way to judge a plan.
Week 1
Week 5
Five weeks. Fast early response, typical of a client who had never trained with structure before.
Before
After
Conditioning and definition change with body weight held roughly stable.
83 kg
75 kg
Lost fat and visibly added muscle at the same time — the outcome most people want and few plans deliver.
83 kg
75 kg
Same starting weight as the client above, a different body and a different plan. This is why templates fail.
86 kg
80 kg
Side-on, same pose both times. Six kilos looks like more than it sounds once it comes off the waist.
72 kg
70 kg
Two kilograms. Look at the difference anyway — the clearest argument on this page against judging a plan by the scale.
64 kg
63 kg
One kilogram lighter, an entirely different physique. Weight held steady while composition changed underneath.
63 kg
67 kg
Back view, four kilos heavier. Width added through the shoulders and back on a controlled surplus.
Before
After
Female client on strength-focused programming. This is muscle she built, not weight she lost.
Before
After
Side profile both times. Flat to visibly filled out through the chest, arms and shoulders.
Before
After
Lean beginner who had never trained with structure. Months of progression, not one hard push.
About these results. These are individual outcomes, not a promise. Rate of change depends on starting point, adherence, sleep, stress, training history and time. Some clients ran several coaching cycles to reach the state shown. Photographs are unretouched apart from cropping and are published with client permission.
Track record
The number that matters most isn't on a before-and-after.
It's 40+ — the number of clients who finished a coaching cycle and chose to buy another one. One has run five cycles, another four. People don't renew a plan that didn't work.
